We are live: the new Games/Bavaria website

There has been a lot going on behind the scenes in the past few months and today, we present you the first result of our work. The Games/Bavaria website has been completely redesigned and we have a completely new corporate design. Click on the new games-bavaria.com website and discover our fresh look. Please note that the English website is still very much work in progress but the pages will be added step by step.

#GamesInBavaria 2021

Our new website reflects what Games/Bavaria stands for: the diversity of games made in Bavaria and the uniqueness of the seven regions of Bavaria where games are developed. The design emphasizes simplicity and offers a lot of space for information, but also for graphics from Bavarian games, which many companies have provided us with (many thanks to you!). Have you noticed our icons and the Easter Egg in the header on the start page?

Updated information about Bavaria as a business location, about studies and training as well as opportunities for networking with the industry will soon be available on the website. And we’ve created a Made in Bavaria stamp for you, which all Bavarian game developers and publishers are welcome to use on their websites. #GamesInBavaria!

The release is just the beginning

In the coming weeks, we have a lot new content and offers in the pipeline, and we’ll be incorporating the graphics we’ve received from you. Without wanting to spoil too much: You’ll get your own community section for your offers and mentoring will be the next big thing. We also want to reach you better off the website and are working on a notification service.

And of course, our (German-only as of today) newsletter has also got a new look. If you haven’t subscribed yet, you should do that now to receive this month’s edition by the end of this week.

Of course we appreciate your feedback on our new website. Did you find a bug or is there something you still miss on the website – except the content from the German website we will add in the next few weeks? What do you think about the new website? Send us an email to [email protected] or leave us a comment on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

We are looking forward to your reactions – your Games/Bavaria team
